Prices continue to rise in 2019 but began to stabilize.  Sales continued to decline to an average of 10 homes sold per month.  Average Dolar per Sq Ft increased to an all-time high of almost $200/SqFt. mostly due to more smaller homes selling.  Buyers were optimistic about the economy and low rates.  Homes that are priced over the market tend to linger. But, well-maintained properties priced at or below market may receive offers quickly.  The table below shows model, square feet, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and a sale price estimate based on recent sales.  Add for golf lot, upgrades or large lot.
